Custom Mask and Costume Fabrication

Inspiration from several thousand year old plastered skull found in the Levant, from dust bowl era protective clothing and from depression economy improvisational halloween costumes.  

Initial paper machete over super sculpey relief applied to a medical model of a male human skull.

Heavy handed application of joint compound cracked through accelerated drying by focused forced hot air.

Initial glazing wash in to begin filling out the deep crevices to create contrast.

Scenic work on wardrobe. Dirt, cal-tints, fire, etc.
